Alone in Egypt
Joseph is sold as a slave on the backwater estate of a man named Potiphar. Trapped in a miserable swamp and hemmed in by crocodiles, snakes, and monitors, it seems his chances of ever seeing home again are turning to ash. Even God seems to have abandoned him, and soon a few inept words place Joseph square in the sights of the local overseer. Joseph is caught in a game of intrigue and murder that he doesn’t understand and never asked to play. And as people begin dying, it becomes clear he’s going to have to find a way out of this nightmare before it’s too late. With God ignoring his prayers, he’ll have to find new friends, and fight to stay alive. Because if the Egyptians get their way, Joseph won’t have long left. |
